Use of Site and Services
These Terms of Use & Disclaimer (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Sweet Lilac Rose LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“Coach”), and any services, content, products, or communications offered through its website (the “Site”). By accessing or using the Site, scheduling a discovery call or coaching session, or purchasing any products or services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site and services.
If you engage in coaching services, your participation will also be governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement & Liability Waiver. These Terms apply to general website use, content, and transactions, while the Coaching Agreement governs the coaching relationship. In the event of any conflict, the Coaching Agreement controls with respect to coaching services. Your use of the Site is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Nature of Coaching Services
Coach provides personal development and life coaching services designed to support self-reflection, personal growth, goal clarification, and decision-making. Coaching may include reflective discussions, intuitive insights, journaling prompts, mindfulness practices, and personal development exercises. Coaching is a collaborative, insight-based process and is not therapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychological care.
Not Professional Advice
Coach is not a licensed therapist, physician, attorney, financial advisor, or other licensed professional. Nothing provided through the Site, coaching sessions, communications, or products constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You are solely responsible for seeking guidance from qualified licensed professionals where appropriate.
Personal Responsibility and No Guarantee of Results
Any intuitive insights, reflections, or tools provided are intended solely for personal development and awareness and are not predictions, guarantees, or statements regarding future outcomes. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your decisions, actions, and outcomes. Participation in coaching and use of the Site is voluntary. Coach does not guarantee any specific results or outcomes. Coach reserves the right to refuse or terminate services if coaching is deemed inappropriate, if you engage in inappropriate or disruptive behavior, or if these Terms or the Coaching Agreement are violated.
Eligibility
Coaching services are available only to individuals located within the United States who are at least eighteen (18) years of age unless otherwise permitted with appropriate consent. Services are provided in English.
Third-Party Services
The Site and services may utilize third-party providers, including, without limitation, providers supporting scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, e-commerce, financing, security, fulfillment, and other related services. Such providers may include Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce, Zoom, Google Meet, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay, as well as other similar providers that may be adopted from time to time. These providers operate independently and may collect or process your information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Coach does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices, security measures, performance, or financial terms of such providers.
Scheduling and payments are processed through third-party platforms. Coach does not store or retain payment information. By selecting any third-party financing or installment option, you acknowledge that such arrangements are offered solely by the third-party provider and are subject to that provider’s terms, conditions, and approval criteria. These arrangements may involve financial obligations, including interest, fees, or debt, and should be reviewed carefully.
Coaching Sessions and Privacy
Coaching sessions are conducted via telephone or secure video conferencing platforms. Sessions are not recorded, and transcripts are not created. Coach may maintain limited notes for her private internal use in connection with providing coaching services. Coach uses commercially reasonable efforts to respect the privacy of information shared during coaching communications; however, coaching does not create a legally protected or confidential relationship. You are responsible for participating in sessions from an environment that supports your privacy. Recording or distributing any session content without prior written consent is prohibited.
Products and Orders
Products offered through the Site may be fulfilled, manufactured, or shipped by third-party providers. Coach does not control and is not responsible for the performance, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, or quality of products provided by such third parties. Shipping times, availability, and delivery are subject to the policies and practices of the applicable provider. Returns, exchanges, and refunds for products may be subject to the terms and policies of the applicable third-party provider, and you agree to review and comply with those policies prior to purchase. Coach does not guarantee shipping timelines or product availability and is not responsible for delays, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers or carriers. Products must be used in accordance with applicable instructions, and Coach is not responsible for misuse or improper handling.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, tools, and materials, is the property of Coach and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coach shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or related to use of the Site, participation in coaching services, reliance on content, or use of products. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Coach from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or participation in services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii. Any disputes relating to coaching services shall be resolved in accordance with the dispute-resolution provisions set forth in the Coaching Agreement.
