This Privacy Policy describes how Sweet Lilac Rose LLC (“Coach”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information obtained from individuals who visit Coach’s website (the “Site”), schedule discovery calls or coaching sessions, communicate with Coach, or purchase products or services.
By accessing or using the Site or participating in services offered by Coach, you acknowledge that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.
Coach may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the Site with a revised Effective Date. Continued use of the Site or services following any such update constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
- Information Collected. Coach may collect personal information that you voluntarily provide when you schedule a discovery call or coaching session, submit inquiries through the Site, purchase products or services, complete forms or agreements related to coaching services, or otherwise communicate with Coach. Such information may include your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, and any other information you voluntarily provide in connection with coaching services or communications. In addition, certain information may be collected automatically when you access the Site through the use of cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies. This information may include your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, referring websites, and the date and time of access. This information is used to understand how the Site is used and to improve its functionality.
- Use of Information. Information collected by Coach may be used to provide coaching services, schedule and manage discovery calls and sessions, process payments, communicate with you regarding services or inquiries, improve the Site and Coach’s offerings, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
- Coaching Communications. In connection with discovery calls or coaching sessions, you may voluntarily share personal experiences, reflections, or other information. Coaching sessions may be conducted by telephone or through video conferencing platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching sessions are not recorded and Coach does not maintain recordings of such sessions. Coach will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the privacy of information shared during coaching communications. However, you acknowledge and agree that coaching services are not therapy and do not create a legally protected confidential relationship, and information voluntarily shared in coaching sessions or communications may be used by Coach for legitimate business purposes, including providing services, maintaining records, and improving offerings, subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
- Relationship to Coaching Agreement. If you engage Coach for coaching services, your participation will also be governed by a separate Client Coaching Agreement and Liability Waiver (the “Coaching Agreement”). This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and related services, while the Coaching Agreement governs the terms of the coaching relationship. In the event of any conflict between this Privacy Policy and the Coaching Agreement, the terms of the Coaching Agreement will control with respect to coaching services.
- Third-Party Services. Coach may utilize third-party service providers, including, without limitation, providers that support scheduling, payment processing, video conferencing, ecommerce, security, fulfillment, financing, and other website-related services. Such providers may include Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, Zoom, Google Meet, WooCommerce, Klarna, Affirm, and Afterpay, as well as other similar service providers that Coach may adopt from time to time. When you interact with such third-party services, your information may be collected and processed by those providers in accordance with their own privacy policies. Coach does not control and is not responsible for the privacy practices or security measures of such third parties. - Children’s Privacy. The Site and services are not directed to individuals under the age of thirteen (13). Coach does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13). If such information is identified, Coach will take reasonable steps to delete it.

- International Access. Coach operates from the United States. Individuals accessing the Site from outside the United States do so at their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
